Leave it empty and we suggest one from the company name. 3 to 40 lowercase letters, digits and hyphens.
The person who runs the helpdesk. Whoever places the order sets up the first administrator account.
Logo, colours and font are set inside your helpdesk once it is ready, under Settings - Customisation.
