Its name and where it lives. The address cannot be changed once it is built.

3 to 40 lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, starting with a letter.
The person who runs the helpdesk. Whoever places the order sets up the first administrator account.
Logo, colours and font are set inside your helpdesk once it is ready, under Settings - Customisation.
