Cookies
What ServiDeskly stores in your browser, and why.
Your choice
You have not chosen yet. You can change it at any time; changing it to no also removes the analytics cookies.
Strictly necessary
The site cannot work without these, so they are set without asking. None of them follows you to other sites.

Analytics - only with your consent
Google Analytics counts visits and tells us which pages are used, so we can improve the site. It is loaded only after you allow it, and nothing is sent to Google before that.
| Cookie | Set by | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) | Tells visits apart, so a returning visitor is counted once. | 2 years |
_ga_GDTP2SXEYL | Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) | Keeps the state of the current visit. | 2 years |

How we record your choice
To be able to show that analytics ran only with consent, we keep a record of each answer: a random reference (the one stored in your browser), the choice, the date and time, and the version of the wording you answered. If you are signed in, it is linked to your account. We do not record your IP address. Records are deleted after three years.
Other sites we send you to
Signing in happens on Microsoft's pages, and paying on Stripe's. Those pages are theirs, set their own cookies and follow their own policies; we do not read them.
